Do we really need any further studies? Was there really anyone who only NOW is convinced of this?

I get that it addresses the orchestration - but we knew that. Come on.

"The study counted 935 false statements in the two-year period. It found that in speeches, briefings, interviews and other venues, Bush and administration officials stated unequivocally on at least 532 occasions that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction or was trying to produce or obtain them or had links to al-Qaida or both."

It's even scarier when he tells the truth:

"There's no doubt in my mind that we should allow the world's worst leaders to hold America hostage, to threaten our peace, to threaten our friends and allies with the world's worst weapons." September 2002

"Security is the essential roadblock to achieving the road map to peace." July 2003

"Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we." August 2004

"See, in my line of work you got to keep repeating things over and over and over again for the truth to sink in, to kind of catapult the propaganda" May 2005

Good grief!

I just read through some of this last night. Here, BTW are *all* the statements:

Happy fun click land of lies!

So, why are we not impeaching again? I hate lies. In my home lies are the worst --they get addressed, NO MATTER WHAT. In my life, lies come back to do harm, and others address them, PRETTY MUCH NO MATTER WHAT.

So, what makes all those lies worth NOT ADDRESSING?

---and we are gonna pass immunity bills, to help this just go away?

Pretty much the whole GOP didn't like Clinton. Didn't like him so much, they just hammered him on ONE LIE! Now, the truth is, that was just a front for a bunch of other stuff they were not happy with, but that in and of itself, is a PARTY WIDE LIE.

LIES, LIES, and LIES. That's the GOP, right there.

And a nice chunk of weenie Dems too.

We've got hundreds of lies. And huge consequenses that we know about. Probably a batch of them we don't yet know about too.

Another thing. Trust. Ok, so the mantra is this clown is doing the best he can for us. Things are complex, we don't understand, it's for our own good, for the kids, whatever.

Where is the trust for that?

The only way, that kind of reasoning works, is if there is a SOLID trust relationship. Even then, it's dicey, but it can work.

Let's say that's a liberal smear. So, maybe half the things, branded lies, really aren't, but because of national security, complexity, and whatever else might apply, we can't get those sorted out.

That leaves plenty of lies. Hell, it's extremely highly likely that just a coupla of those lies are absolutely known fucking LIES.

If a whole party can run on TRUST, do us a lot of HARM, IMPEACH a President, and break the equality of law, shouldn't their own house be really spotless clean?

And one wonders why I'm not gonna vote GOP for the foreseeable future.

A totally biased, and wrong report. Iraq had WMD, and it would be like the liberals saying Hitler didn't know about the killing of Jews, because there is no hard evidence.

The main issue, the Cease Fire Saddam signed, required him to prove he didn't have WMD, if he didn't have them, don't you think he wouldn't have put so many road blocks up to keep inspectores from doing their job.

Nwokie, if you think Iraq had WMD, you should inform the Bush Administration because I'm sure they'd like to find the WMD too.

When Administration apologists say that Iraq HAD WMD's, they are using the word HAD very broadly, and deceptivly.

And of course, they don't mention where it is the WMD's came from in the first place.

Iraq did not have the WMD we went to war for. This is proven fact, and has been admitted by Bush himself.

Next.

We didn't go to war, we were already at war, there was only a temperary cease fire in affect.

Saddam violated the terms of the cease fire, so the war was resumed.
