I think it's funny that conservatives are so afraid of Hillary. She's more conservative than Obama, so be careful what you are wishing for.

I don't think Herb even watches/reads the stuff he links to. If he did he would learn that:

• Michael Moore is not opposed to Hillary as a person, but to her vote for the war (a REAL pro-life position)

• Moore went into the seminary at one point in his life to become a priest.

• Moore believes no one should ever be criticized for their religious beliefs, and holds his own Roman Catholic beliefs strongly, and still attends church regularly.

...So, you posted this up because you have a newfound appreciation for and connection to Michael Moore?

That's a stretch. But I'm warming up a tad to Mr. Obama. Heck, if he were pro-life and the Republican pro-abortion, Mr. Obama would have my vote.

All of Micheal Moore's docu's (I can't speak for Sicko cause I haven't rented yet) are pure genius. Especially Roger & Me.

Herb you do really need to at the very least watch Roger & Me it will offend you the least and is f'n hillarious and sad both at the same time.

/IMHO

I've seen clips of Roger and Me, Shyguy. It does appear well-done. But to watch an entire film of a reporter chasing an interview with GM's then chief seems like it would have to be a tad tedious.

If Michael Moore was not in the movie Sicko, you would never know it was his movie. I thought it was well done, it was sad, and it brought up some very good points. But, it was much less political than I had expected it to be.

The real story of Roger & Me Herb I don't think is Micheal Moore chasing an interview with Roger but instead the plight of the citizens of an economic disaster in Flint, Michigan. There are so many classic scenes in that movie from the Miss America incident, the sheriff evicting families from homes, the lady who makes extra money on the side by raising and slaughtering rabbits, to the guy waiting to give blood for money at the plasma bank.

What makes the documentary so great is the manipulation of the editing, the score, and of course the greater than fiction cast.

I took filmmaking in High School from an emmy award winning documentarian and Roger & Me was required viewing when it came to the genre of documentaries.

You owe it to yourself Herb seriously.

OK.

I won't count it out.

Besides, Michael Moore isn't sounding so crazy these days.
