That's 4113 people that should still be with their wives, husbands, children, parents, brothers, sisters, uncles, aunts, neices, nephews, and cousins. Think of the number of people each death touches. All because George W. Bush had to outdo his dad to prove he's better.

George W. Bush’s grudge match – Iraq. And he couldn’t even do it honestly. Rather than relying on the truth (which would have meant war was not necessary) he and his administration lied – and lied repeatedly. It shows a level of pathological indifference to the truth. And to prove that point, we’ve got 4,000 plus soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines dead with 40,000 injured. That does not include the 80,000 Iraqi’s killed or Iraqi injured.

Then George W. Bush has the gall to travel around Europe complaining about the perception that he’s a war mongerer. If the shoe fits, George. Then he and Dick Cheney have the audacity to want another war – this time with Iran. Truth be told, they both should be imprisoned, not walking around as free men. They are just plain sick.

Well, Bush's mission was accomplished. He made the world safer for big oil. We would have found Bin Laden if we hadn't contracted the task out. Oh well, Bush doesn't think about Bin Laden much anymore or at least he said so.

Herb, Deane feel free to defend your boy on this one.

You'd think George W. Bush could have gotten Afghanistan right. But the situation there is deteriorating, and largely because of our involvement in Iraq. You’d also think George W. Bush and Dick Cheney would have been smart enough to focus the ire of the United States on the one country where 9/11 was hatched. But no, instead they dump nearly everything into Iraq, home of WMD’s and Islamic terrorists, making Afghanistan an afterthought. Now, the Taliban is making a major resurgence and Osama bin-Laden is still on the run. NATO is asking for more US troops in Afghanistan, but George W. Bush and Dick Cheney want war with Iran. I really hope someone at West Point authors a textbook someday on how the civilian leadership of George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld and Paul Wolfowitz caused one of the great military debacles in modern history.

Well, Bush's mission was accomplished. He made the world safer for big oil.

Wow, I was about to post "The oil companies are making record profits and successfully locked the country into paying almost $5/gallon for gas, which is cutting not just into peoples' savings but also into their budget for basic necessities; and also getting the online pundits to demand 'drilling everywhere,' for what is still most likely to be an irreplaceable natural resource, instead of using the time to develop alternate technologies; all the while discrediting ethanol and biofuels, and blaming them for the rest of society's problems. Yup, 'Mission Accomplished.'"

Then I read that post. Says everything I was going to say much shorter.

And Dick Cheney's secret energy meeting with oil bigwigs paid off handsomely.

Amazing. I didnt realize that I had a side or that it was kicking Clintons ass in 99.

I was pretty stoned in 99 so if thats what I was doing then thanks for reminding me.

Someone tell me what side I am on. I dont believe in god or church, want more gun control, support Vitalogys right to gay marriage, hate the welfare system and want tighter immigation control.

and mission was accomplished, but not for the people too stupid to realize what the mission was.
