Bi-Mart was clearly wrong in blocking handicapped parking, but any semi-reputable lawyer would know of better ways to deal with it.

I agree Randy, some heads are going to get knocked around at the Eugene main office because the photo the police took of potting soil in the handicapped zone is going to be hard to explain away in court. Yanking his lifetime pass was also a bit nutty too.

IIRC, the thread was something like 'what's the top station 55 to dead?,' and quickly turned into a discussion of how he was interested in advertising his services for people trying to get Social Security Disability benefits. I think someone posted a link to a Willamette Week article that said he was being investigated for his business practices.
