This is so freaking low.

Honestly though, I'm not sure how much damage it's gonna do. Anybody stupid enough, or brainwashed enough to be impacted by that association was never gonna vote Obama anyway.

Every solid Republican, and I know that's not many, should feel pretty bad about what their party is doing to try and save it's ass for another cycle of corruption.

Well, the closet Muslim thing isn't working for them. Therefore you have to try something else. Isn't Rove working for them now? You have to expect the worst from him. Oh and Missing, keep in mind there's a lot of idiots out there who would buy this.

You know, some days I would like Obama to win for his platform. But most days, I want him to win to just START the ball rolling against this type of stuff. Just to show that it can be done.

Because man, I'm telling ya, I need it not to be like this for a while.

I hear that.

And Aok, sadly, I think you will prove yourself very right.

Dammit this sucks.

Darn, I had a big bet going on Ronald Wilson Reagan becoming the Anti-Christ someday.

If the anti-christ thing EVER comes to pass it won't be an American!

The anti-Christ suggestion is unfortunate, because it's racist. Take a candidate who's half-black, with a father who had ties to a non-Western Country, and it's a recipe for unfair atrtack ads. I do agree with Missing-KSKD though- how many people who believe in the whole anti-Christ/rapture thing were planning on voting for Obama anyway?

How many of those who would do anything to hasten the Rapture might well vote for Obama, thinking that his victory might well be the trigger that sets the thing in motion?

I will have to start paying more attention to the Biblical prophesy people to see how they are interpreting this. It would be amusing if, as Entre_nous suggests, this campaign ends up backfiring on McCain because of prophecy believers' desires to make Biblical prophecies come to pass.

I am fascinated with prophecies and conspiracy theories. It would be interesting to ask "god fearing" people what they indeed do believe and how they feel.

Do they want to go straight to heaven and or speed up the Rapture process or do they just want to wait and see how it all unfolds.

Of course we would probally get a "its all in gods hands" response.

Wait forget it...

I haven't found much to support that idea, yet... May be too soon for them to take that extra step in the thought process.

The things I've found while searching give me the creeps, however...

"Left Behind" only scratches the surface.
