I lobbied Dirkx by email a few times to put on Maddow's Air America show live, which would be 3-5PM Pacific time, and just delay Randi Rhodes a few extra hours. In any case, assuming she continues to do her Air America radio show 6-8PM Eastern time, she'd have exactly an hour to get from the radio studio to the MSNBC studio which would give her about zero time for show prep. Which leads me to believe that either she will be leaving Air America (my guess) or will be moving to another time slot - or will tape it earlier rather than doing her radio show live. Air America isn't exactly cutting edge in the media business; even if MSNBC isn't either, it's television at least, a big step up for her vs. a radio show almost no one ever gets to hear.
Wish I had cable so I could watch Rachel's new show! Still not worth paying for, though...

MSNBC has a pretty good Video archive.
You should be able to get a good view of her show that way.

And she does absolutely deserve it. I heard she will continue to do radio as well!
She takes no shit either.
We have cable news ignition folks. MSNBC will ride that nicely to some improved ratings for sure.
