Ok so every pro wrestler and seemingly every MMA fighter these days has a "theme" or entrance music, and now politicians do the same.

So what are your top three picks for entrance music which speaks to you personally?

Mine

1) Queen's "Keep Yourself Alive"
2) Spoon's "The Underdog"
3) theme from Midnight Express (You have to be a wrestling fan to understand the relevance)

No particular order:

1) Kenny Loggins "Danger Zone"
2) Theme from Star Wars
3) Hapa "E Hele Ana E" (just because I like the rather interesting guitar work throughout)

The theme from " Hello Larry."

It's actually my ringtone. It's tragic how well that song fits me.

I'd like something with a good guitar riff . . . something along lines of . . .

Alice Cooper's "School's Out"
The Rolling Stone's "Brown Sugar"

Also,

The Who's "Won't Get Fooled Again"

is pretty cool.

If I wanted to freak out my opponents,

NIN's "Closer"

might do the trick.

Shyguy, this is an awesome thread. What a great line-up of tunes from everybody!

1) "Man with a Harmonica" by Ennio Morricone from the Once Upon a Time in the West soundtrack

2) Second Movement of Symphony No. 6 by Glenn Branca

3) Toccata from Symphony No. 5 by Charles-Marie Widor

Just to get the credit:

"Also Sprach Zarathustra"

Probably the best intro music ever.

How about these songs,

"too drunk to fuck" by BuckCherry

"Big balls" By ACDC

"You make me feel like a whore" by Cheap trick

Actually nevermind, those songs might not be appropriate:-)

Well, Chris' choice of "La Freak" by Chic was the favorite of strippers around the world for about 4 or 5 years in a row for a bit back then!

:-)

By the way, I'm thinking Long Beach Dub Allstars' "New Sun" might be a cool intro as well.

I can't believe nobody's picked "Eye of The Tiger"!

If it's wrestling (only) I"ll go with "Girls on Film". Not that I look ANYTHING like that! Maybe "Runnin' With the Devil", too.

I was PO'd to hear "Only the Young" played at the RNC...How ironic.

I purposely left "Hour 1" for Darktemper, and he didn't take it!

That would be a great one!

If I were a wrestler or boxer i'd have a nickname like "The Sandman", cause after i'm through with you you're gonna be unconscious. So, I guess my intro music would be "Enter Sandman" from Metallica!

"Say Your Prayers"

Edit Add: I guess my exit music would have to be "Another One Bites The Dust" from Queen!

When You Awake by The Band (Rick Danko)
"Ain't no reason to hang your head I could wake up in the

Crap!

I have no idea what I would use for entrance music. Damn...

Guess it's just a good quality announcer and that's it for me.
