if you think the guy should lose his committee chairmanships. I do.

It's an issue for the next Senate to decide, not this one. I'm going to contact Wyden and Merkley's offices at the appropriate time.

I'll join you in that. There is absolutely no way he deserves those chairmanships! He's a turncoat and will absolutely serve the Republicans nicely, if he's allowed to remain.

Totally agree on not booting him from the cacaus. (however you spell it) He should leave, if he wants to, but nobody should kick him out.

None of the keep him in points make any sense to me at all.

They should have a vote. Democrats and Republicans.

Closest to zero wins.

The outcome was not a surprise at all. When all was said and done, Jeff Merkley had stones and Ron Wyden did not. After pulling his lox out of the fire, Joe Lieberman owes his full allegiance to Barack Obama. We shall see how long that lasts.

In the meantime, we can all laugh it off, and express our displeasure by sending thirty pieces of silver, or more specifically, $3.00 worth of dimes to:

Send them condoms. More fitting to what we'll be getting.

At this point there's no need for condoms as the last 8 years has already infected us with every disease possible.

I'm waiting to see who his party nominates in 2010!

The Connecticut for Lieberman party has ballot access in that election!

It won't be Joe, as party membership is open to his critics, and of course, anybody with the name Lieberman.
