In typical Beaver fasion, OSU blew their chance once again. As an Oregon fan, this has to be one of the sweeter Civil War victories I've had the pleasure of being involved in.

No kidding.

We probably all know the old jokes about OSU:

Even if UCLA upsets USC the Beavers Rose Bowl appearance would feel like they came through the back door and didn't truly earn it.

Had the Civil War been close then maybe I'd feel different.

I'm am happy that both teams have had successful seasons to this point.

Sorry, I can't pull the trigger and root for UCLA this weekend, even if it means Oregon State going to the Rose Bowl ... which I would love to see.

I cannot in good conscience root for any team Sweater Vest is coaching. Just can't do it.
