This from Mondays R&R and I'm a little confused. This was reported to have taken effect on July 1, 2005 from the "Hillsboro Argus" dated June 21, 2005. Didn't Don McCoun go through with selling KUIK to Spencer Rubin and Westside Radio, Inc. 2005?

It just finally official...

If you look at the FCC records you'll find that Dolphin Communications owned KUIK (owned by Don and Donna).

I believe Westside Radio (owned by Spencer) operated KUIK under a LMA since '05.

Now Spencer will own Dolphin Communications.

I was curious when this was going to happen and I'm surprised that it didn't happen sooner.

Yeh, what took so long? Didn't know about Westside Radio under a LMA since 2005. That was never mentioned. Thanks.

My first thought was....

time period for long term capital gains (for the McCouns)
