that would be the gregg clapper that on one hand gloms a living running his mouth against government handouts......then on the other hand this is the same gregg clapper that relied on a government handout to bail him out and pay the employees he stiffed in july 1991 after abruptly shuttering kkgr and filing bankruptcy; the employees had to access the pool of money the state sets aside to pay employees that are stiffed

This guy is a character! A few years ago, he was doing a workshop on how political parties can effectively use the media at the Libertarian Party of Oregon's annual business convention. In his presentation, he said something like (note the intentional use of the third person) "The Libertarian Party of Oregon were a bunch of fools because they wouldn't get in with me on my plan. I could have provided them with so much publicity..."
