PDXradio readers:

In late July I drove by both the "office" address and proposed antenna site of KTMI. The office is a small home ("for sale" no less) near the downtown portion of Lebanon. The proposed antenna farm is several miles east of town. It's just a big empty field still and frankly not the best for HF as there are some low ridges in the area.

Anybody know anything further? Antennas listed are rhombics and a log-periodic. Transmitters supposedly will be in SSB. If their paperwork is about to expire they better hurry up.

Glenn Hauser's WorldOfRadio.com website posted the follow info about the station recently:

This looks to be connected to Bob Lund, who if I am correct also owns an alternative christian format LPFM in Albany. Probably a good bet that the shortwave will also be a christian station.

And his family also has ties to a CP new AM in the area. This would be a international shortwave station.

"KTMI" would be a good set of calls for some sort of News/Talk parody.
